Processing

In 2007 KMM Metals extended the range of products by opening new department KMM Processing for manufacturing CNC machined finished parts.

KMM Processing offers mechanical processing of bronze, brass and copper alloys as well as aluminium, all kinds of materials from steels including high alloy and stainless steel.

All equipment is certified, fitted with live tooling, sub-spindle and automatic feeding equipment for semi-finished products. That allows producing goods in large series and also high-precision parts.  Advanced CNC turning lathes allow producing parts with μ tolerances complying with highest customer demands. We fulfil orders in accordance with customers’ drawings and defined quality requirements.

The products of KMM Processing have a wide application range, such as aviation, shipbuilding, vehicles, computer, health protection, plumbing fittings, apparatus engineering, optical instruments and other. The assortment of finished parts includes a large variety of different fittings, bushes, sealing rings, inlets, flanges, adapters, gaskets, pistons, muffs and nonstandard goods according to client’s requirements.
