Our technologies

All casting, melting including auxiliary equipment and foundry installations are presently in KMM foundry are worked out, designed and supplied to us by specialists of MARS Casting Technologies. Casting capacity of KMM foundry is maintained by 9 vertically downward continuous casting machines with 5 melting ovens.

Nowadays we continue the cooperation with MARS Casting Technologies and implement a project “Modernisation of production base of KMM Metals company for enhancing of export capacity” Nr. APV/2.1.2.4.0/09/01/036 which is carried out until September 1, 2011 within the activity 2.1.2.4. “High value-added investments” of the Operational programme “Entrepreneurship and Innovations” for 2007 - 2013. The aim of the project is implementation of the production line of upstream continuous casting.
